Kitabımızda genel sıralamadan sonra, egzersizlerin resimli açıklamaları bölümünde başta streching egzersizleri olmak üzere, en üst kas gurubundan başlayarak hem genel hem de kendi gurupları itibariyle sıra numaraları itibariyle aşağıda belirtilen sıralamayla verilmiştir.
